Spin Ops is a one-person consultancy backed by a team of AI agents. I built this because I needed it myself.
I'm Allan Hutcheon. I run operations across a handful of growing businesses — a B2B accessibility platform, a hospitality booking company, a community platform for venture-stage founders — typically as their fractional operational lead. After years of watching the same patterns repeat (good people, decent tools, work still falling through the cracks), I built the agent infrastructure that now runs my own consultancy. Spin Ops is what came out of it.
Spin Ops started as an experiment: could I run an entire consultancy using AI agents for the functions I couldn't afford to hire? Marketing, finance, research, strategy, dev, compliance — each handled by a named agent with real expertise and real memory.
It worked. The agents running Spin Ops are the same infrastructure I build for clients. Four live deployments, over 30 agents in production, handling everything from content creation to compliance monitoring.
